Warranty

In the unlikely event that your product arrives with a manufacturing defect (for example, a missing stone, chipped metal) or develops such a defect through no fault of yours while being used, we will fix the issue for you or replace the item with a new one within 2 years from the day of purchase.

Warranty does not extend to items that have been deliberately altered, repaired by a goldsmith, or damaged due to negligence or improper care on your behalf.
