Our only requirement is that the returned item must be in its original condition and sent to us in the original packaging you received it in.

If your purchased item is in stock, it usually takes us 1-2 days to prepare your order for shipping.
If you choose an engraving or letter option to be enclosed to your gift, preparation time will increase to 14-21 days.

Of course! If you are buying our product as a gift to a loved one, you can tell us so at the checkout. Just check the box at the top of the page and choose the options for your gift.
You can add an engraving or a letter to the recipient. We print letters on our custom cards. You can also request your purchase to be gift wrapped in our branded wrapping paper.
If you choose the gift option, your invoice will be delivered separately.

At checkout, check the “Ship to a different address?” box and fill out the form with the contact information of the person for whom the delivery is intended.
If this is a gift, don’t forget to check the “This is a gift” option so that we don’t send an invoice to the recipient.
